I’m happy to offer a free 30-minute video or phone consultation to explore your goals for counselling. Our consultation is an opportunity for you to let me know what you’re looking for, get a sense of how I work, and for us to explore possibilities together.

$130 / session*

Sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes, by phone or secure video.

Fees can be paid via e-transfer or PayPal. I am also able to charge credit cards or Visa Debit cards

After the session, you’ll receive a receipt which may be submitted for insurance reimbursement and/or tax purposes.

Some extended health plans cover counselling/psychotherapy services by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please contact your insurance provider prior to our first appointment to determine if you are eligible for coverage for services from a Registered Social Worker.
